What should a photography invoice include?
Your business name and contact details, the client, the shoot date, the session fee, any extra images or retouching, travel, a deposit if one was paid, the balance due, the due date, how to pay, and the usage you agreed.
Where do I put image usage or licensing?
In the Notes field, which prints on the invoice. Say who may use the images and where, or point to the agreement that does.
How do I show a deposit?
